Returns & Refunds Policy



At Sombré Musk, we take pride in the quality of our products and operate a strict returns and refunds policy due to the nature of fragrance oils.


By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.





All Sales Are Final



All purchases made through Sombré Musk are final once dispatched.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Change of mind
  • Personal scent preference
  • Sensitivity or reaction (unless caused by a verified manufacturing defect)
  • Claims that a fragrance is “not as expected”



Please note that fragrance is subjective, and variations in scent perception do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.





Refund Review & Discretion



Refunds are not automatic and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement where:


  • The claim cannot be reasonably verified
  • Evidence provided is incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent
  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • The issue is reported outside the required timeframe
  • The claim appears exaggerated, misleading, or made in bad faith



Sombré Musk reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests.





Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.


To be considered, you must provide:


  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • Images of the original packaging
  • Your order number



Claims submitted after 24 hours or without sufficient evidence may be declined.





Shipping & Delivery Responsibility



Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.


We are not liable for:


  • Delivery delays caused by the courier
  • Parcels marked as delivered but claimed as missing
  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

Refused, Returned, or Uncollected Orders



Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or uncollected are not eligible for a refund.
