All orders are processed within a minimum of one hour and a maximum of three business days after payment confirmation.

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or product launches.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

United Kingdom Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Standard Tracked Delivery (2–5 Business Days)

Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 Business Days)

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

European Union Shipping

We ship to selected countries within the European Union.

Standard International Shipping

Please note that the £40.00 free shipping offer does not apply to European Union orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be applied by their local authorities.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of these regions.
